Pain in the butt to install. The instructions are for 2 models in one some steps dont apply. You will need some one pushing and another pulling from the case.

Please try again later.I had to hire someone to install mine. it is much more complicated than a smaller unit and some of what you have to do is apparently not in the instruction booklet. I can say from watching it done, to make sure you have removed all of the required screws. Once that was done it snapped off and back on fairly easily. I ended up contacting HomeAdvisor and they sent someone who could install a larger A/C the next day. Best Buy kept trying to send kids who had never done one before and wasted almost 3 weeks because of re-scheduling.
