• Mine is a month old and I am having the exact same issue. I called Best Buy and they connected me with Frigidaire who walked me through a manual defrost. I did it and it is still dripping. I need a rep to come out and fix it.

• Return It while you still can. I have the same problem, techs cant fix it because its a design flaw.. I hope Frigidaire gives me a refund, because I'm sick of the water issues.

• Its a manufacturing defect they all have the same issues.. Frigidaire needs to do a recall on this model. Frigidaire way of fixing the leak is putting aluminium tape on the inside of the freezer! Horrible product return if possible
