  • Question2nd ice makerCan you have the second ice maker even with the counter depth one? I just to be absolutely sure. How much is is?

    • Answer As it says in the owners manual, you can purchase an additional ice maker that is installed in the freezer. I did this and I am very happy with it. The part number for the ice maker is FIB23A. There is a sticker inside the fridge that says the number is FIB23B, but I could not find this model and purchased the 23A and it fits fine. It is easy to install. The hardest part is removing the freezer door and putting it back in. Having a helper for this step is very helpful The ice maker itself is much larger than the one in the fridge section. It holds at least twice as much ice and the cubes are much bigger. I am very happy with mine.

    • Answer Hello Carilyn! The high temperature alarm should go away once the refrigerator FGHF2366PF has reached its set temperature. You may need to perform a reset on the alarm and you can do that by holding the alarm reset button. If you need further assistance please contact us directly for additional assistance.
