“Dishes wont dry! We've tried the heat and air dry, and neither dry the dishes at all. Please help!”

You will always have this problem if you have cups or glasses with moderately deep depressions in the bottom...ours just fill with water, and we slowly pull out the top tray and blot the excess water out of those items, then wipe with a towel before we remove them. Hey, we used to have to prewash all our dishes with our old one, so I'm feeling like I've made progress!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure to set the drying agent to level 6 and use the Santizer option with Auto wash. Also, there is a setting for high heat drying. We still have the issue though, but its better after the above.
