A new Samsung dishwasher lasted 2 years and never did a good job. So really looked before I leapt this time. Wanted stainless steel inside and out. Wanted heated dry cycle. Wanted the third rack. Wanted reliability and longevity. This machine is super quiet, does a great job washing and drying and looks good doing it. Also don't use it every day and some reviews said some other popular brands stink if you don't use them everyday. So far so good.

Overall the dishwasher works great. Only complaint is that the top cutlery rack hits the top spray arm while trying to pull out or push in. About 85% of the time you have to reach your arm in between and move the arm to a position where it doesn't hit. Spray arm also hits rack while spinning so you can't even use it. Have contacted Frigidaire to find a solution. At this point I would save your money and get the lower model without the third cutlery rack. Great idea just poor design. The rack is too close to the top spray arm.

When I mentioned to my friends that I was looking at a dishwasher, many of them said without question to get a Bosch. I wanted the smudgeproof stainless and that is only available in the Frigidaire brand. This unit has all the features I wanted in a Bosch. Third Rack, Stainless interior, Hi Temp wash and sanitize option. The only time I hear the unit is when it fills and drains, other than that it is silent. There is a green light that shines on the floor when the cycle is complete. The cycles are long, but the dishes come out spotless. I am happy I went with this model. I saved a bunch of money over the Bosch as well. The unit I replaced was a 10 year old Frigidaire so I am hoping for similar reliability. Best Buy installed the unit with no problem and I could not be happier with my purchase.

I've been happy so far with this purchase. We've done at least 12 loads or so. I've never met a dishwasher that could do plastic without leaving puddles of water. Rest of the dishes come out great. Learned that unless you use liquid or powder, you should not use the soap bin, but instead lay the block (or gel pack) in the front right of dishwasher floor. This allow the right stuff to come out in the right cycles. Hope that makes sense. I love the third rack for small things.

The reason this has so much capacity is the mechanicals are all tucked in the back / bottom, so installation is a challenge...a couple of 3/4" channels that run back to front that you have to feed the water supply hose and wiring thru while you are sliding the dishwasher back into the hole in your base cabinets, while taking up slack from your now hidden drain hose that is fed into the top back opening of your sink cabinet. And if your drain goes into a disposal under the farthest of a double sink, you may not have a long enough drain hose.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have owned. I can only hear it run when the water drains into the garbage disposer. Plenty of room with three racks. Dishes come out spotless.

This dishwasher has exceeded our expectations. We accidentally stumbled across an open box item at our local store and purchased it for a ridiculously good deal. It is very quiet and still managed to thoroughly clean our dishes, even in a baked on crock pot. The heated dry seems to only work well with Jet Dry, but no complaints from me. The third row is super helpful for cleaning the tops of toddler cups, straws, and other small items.

very quiet and stylish. Heated drying is not like conventional machines with the heating element at the bottom - this doesn't have that.

I was lucky to find this model on open box deal. It's very quiet and stylish. Much quieter than my old dishwasher. The 3rd tier tray is also nice for some items that doesn't normally fit into regular dishwasher slots. The controls are completely hidden when the dishwasher is closed. A green light shines under the toe kick when the cycle is done - a nice feature! Using "pods" in the dispenser so far has seemed to leave some soap on the dishes, even on regular wash. The manual suggests simply placing pods in the bottom of the dishwasher for "quick" washes, and this seems to have helped with the regular cycles as well.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace one that just wasn't cleaning anymore I cannot believe how quiet this dishwasher is and it does a great job cleaning I like the racking system and how Easy it is to adjust it and I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a quality dishwasher that is quiet.

Pros- quiet, sleek design, easy to clean outside. Con-does not dry as we would expect. Dishes are still wet after heat dry.

We bought this unit in Aug 2015, and began getting i20 error codes which caused the unit to stop until reset. This code is related to a drain issue and I've read drain issues are unfortunately fairly common with most of the new dishwashers of all brands. We did not have the Geek Squad Warranty so had to work with Frigidaire for repair. The i20 error codes continued in spite of monthly visits from Frigidaire service techs. We asked to replace the unit, but Frigidaire told us we could only replace parts under the warranty not the unit. We were blessed to finally be able to get Best Buy to agree to replace the unit after almost a year!! We purchased the 3 Year Geek Squad warranty just in case. We again began getting the i20 error codes on the new unit. Geek Squad came out and resolved the issue. We're keeping our fingers crossed we have no more problems with this unit; but even if we do, we're not worried because Best Buy will replace the unit under the warranty period if found to be unrepairable. Oh, I guess I should mention the unit is quiet and cleans dishes okay when not shutting down on an i20 error code.

The dishwasher has so many unique features. It cleans dishes well, quiet operation. The stainless steel look is easy to clean and doesn't leave smudges or fingerprints.

This is a good dishwasher that is super quiet and some good features. I love the 3rd rack on top for extra silverware and long utensils. Doesn't always dry the dishes very well though. Overall good.

I am not happy with this dishwasher. Placing material in the washer does not give you many options. I more than likely would not have bought this washer if I knew that my options were '1' and only 1 way I for sure would not buy this dishwasher.
