Normal wash cycle is about 3 hours. Which seems excessive. Despite that, the dishes do NOT dry. We've tried everything to get dry dishes and it's NOT possible with this unit. Keep a drying towel close by when emptying-you'll certainly need it.. We've even left them to dry in the unit overnight; to no avail. Not good. BTW, the reviews actually address this very issue. It's real.. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to purchasing it. I guess it's an OK unit, but I would recommend shopping other units before making this purchase. Best Buy did a poor installation job and we had to have it re-done 2 days later (by Best Buy) as the unit was moving/sliding around within the the cabinet making it difficult to keep it squared & shut the door. But, it's OK now.

Quiet operation and a green light comes on in the bottom reflecting on your floor to let you know the wash cycle is done. hidden controls on top of the door make it more attractive on the outside.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater.
