• Mine wasn't, but sometimes they run promotions for holidays to include free installation. You also have to buy the connecting hoses/kit.

• Wondering if something is wrong with my new dishwasher. The tub is always wet inside, but the dishes are dry. Gets a musty smell in the tub. Have to prop open the door. Why?
