Might find that it's the small flexible plastic flaps on the bottom rack - have been ripped away/fallen off with normal use. If they have - you'll get water squirting out during the rinse or wash cycle onto your floor. I know this since this JUST happened to me. I had to have Best Buy replace them (after 3 mos - so still under warranty) and all is fine. This is a dumb feature by Frigidaire which is too bad. I like this product - but wouldn't replace with same brand in the future.
