“Does anyone have the same issue when you go to get ice and sometimes a cube of ice will get stuck and slowly melt and leak water? It happens all the time and I don't know why? Also every once in a while the fridge makes a loud click... not sure why”

This does happen to me. Both. While mildly annoying, it's one of those production quirks you just have to put up with. Overall it's been a great fridge.
