“The delivery team has to come through the front door. They have to come up three steps and I'll also need them to take the door off the hinges to make sure refrigerator fits. Has anyone else had to have this done. Will they take the doors off the fridge?”

If your door is a standard size 36" door they shouldn't have to remove it. I thought the same thing but it fit through my door.
