“Can the fan on the convection ovens be turned off for baking?”

Hi, Kelshop. I will be happy to assist. You can use the wall oven without using the convection. By just pressing the bake key, the oven would bake as normal. Yes. when you turn it on you can choose convect, bake, broil, or warm
