QuestionHow useful is the oval burner?My question is for people who own this oven. I'm wondering how useful the oval burner is, given that all the pans I own are circular. In my head, a circular fifth burner seems more useful than the oblong one, but given how difficult it is to find five burner stove with all circular burners, I'm wondering if I'm wrong on that one.

- Answer Hello Lsaysl, The oval burner is a feature used to accommodate a griddle if you choose to purchase one. Also this fifth burner can be used for those pots that meet its measurement specifications. Thank you.

- Answer The other difference is the oven panel, there are more features which make it a longer rectangle.

QuestionIs it normal for high power burner(right front) to blow out flames upon igniting? Is adjustment required?

- Answer Hi Lady Bird, It is not normal for the other burner flames to go out when lighting the right front burner. - Answer I am not sure you will find them. Since this a self- sealed stove top, nothing can get down into the burners.

Questionhow do i stop the self-cleaning feature once it startedi started the self cleaning feature and i didn't realize i left something inside the oven. so i would like to open the door and get the bread out but the door is lock and it would not open. it makes a noise like its cleaning and a beep sound but i cannot open the door. i tried to cancel my request but to no avail. help please

- Answer Yes, we found out during the recent power outage. The oven will not work, but the stovetop will. You need a lighter to start it, preferable one of the long ones.
