A:AnswerCould it be where you are purchasing it from. I noticed that with a refrig that I was looking at at Lowes...It had the exact same model number but started with L and and Best Buys model started with B. I don't know if that's it or not. Just a guess.
A:AnswerIt does not come with a conversion kit, however I had my propane tank installer get a kit for me and he only charged $45.00 to install. If you have a propane tank company in town, give them a call and see if they have the propane conversion kits. You may be able to install it yourself. If the gas man doesn't have any kits, he should be able to point you in the right direction to getting one. Hope this helps. The stove works fabulous with my propane.

1. Be sure the clock displays the correct time of day.
2. Press . The " : " in the time of day will flash.
3. Press and hold the pad to scroll to the time to start
the delayed Self-Clean cycle. Release the pad when the
desired time is displayed.
4. Press . “---” appears in the display.
5. Press the or pad once. “3:00” will appear in
the display indicating that a 3 hour self-clean time is
set. To change to a 2 hour self-clean time press
once (2:00 appears in the display).
(Some models) To self-clean using a 4 hour clean
time press once (4:00 appears in display).
6. "CLn" will appear in the display during the self-clean
cycle and the "LOCK" light will glow until the selfcleaning
cycle is complete or cancelled and the oven temperature has cooled.

And was told that the conversion kit does not come with the stove and You can not purchase it directly from Best but if you purchase it through Best Buys installer the kit Costs $105.00.Plus like $149.00 to install the kit and set up the stove. I have found the kit for as much as $35.00. $250.00 is a rip-off to install it......
