A:AnswerLooked through the included manual and found it on page 27. Here's what it says:
"To set the Sabbath Feature (for use on the Jewish Sabbath & Holidays). The Sabbath feature may only be used with the Bake feature. (Oven) display will not be visible and no audible tones will be provided... The Sabbath mode will override the factory preset 6-Hour Energy Saving feature."
Basically, 'Sabboth' mode is the ability to schedule cooking time.
A:AnswerAll baking cycles in this oven use gas, however when the convection bake is used it utilizes the convection fan and the extra heating element.
