  • QuestionI have watched the video several times, and I have tried several dozen times to pair the APP on my phone with the AC Unit and it won't work. I can't find trouble shooting anywhere it is just shows the video that shows the setup not helpful.

    • Answer 1. Turn off mobile data temporarily. 2. This AC connects with the 2.4 GHz Radio signal only. 3, Make sure that your router broadcasts the 2.4 GHz Radio Network (SSID) Most routers supports both 5 and 2.4 GHz Radio on same Network (SSID) but many hides the 2.4 GHz Radio signal. If you can't see it then how you can connect it? Typically you will find this setting "Hoem Network -> WiFi -> Advanced Options then "Home SSID Enable" should be "ON" for 2.4 GHz Radio signal. 4, Follow steps on the APP, select 2.4 GHz Radio signal and follow steps. you are done! 5. Once connected turn on Mobile Data. 6. This App doesn't support multiple users but you can share your login information to your family members.

  • QuestionIs this model fits for Vertical window?and is it easy to install?

    • Answer Yes, most WIndow AC including this one will fit into vertical (sliding horizontal) windows. You need to check the available width when you open the window shutter. You may have to remove one side completely depending available width. However, installation is not as easy as windows opening vertically. You will have to provide custom insulation on the top of this unit. I saw some videos people build a wooden box to fit into remaining space!
