This AC connects with the 2.4 GHz Radio signal only. 3, Make sure that your router broadcasts the 2.4 GHz Radio Network (SSID) Most routers supports both 5 and 2.4 GHz Radio on same Network (SSID) but many hides the 2.4 GHz Radio signal. If you can't see it then how you can connect it? Typically you will find this setting "Hoem Network -> WiFi -> Advanced Options then "Home SSID Enable" should be "ON" for 2.4 GHz Radio signal. 4, Follow steps on the APP, select 2.4 GHz Radio signal and follow steps. you are done! 5. Once connected turn on Mobile Data. 6. This App doesn't support multiple users but you can share your login information to your family members.
