• A:Answer Hi, Connie! Thank you for this inquiry and for reaching out. This unit comes with two (2) side grates, the left and the right, and one (1) center griddle. Please note that the side grates cannot be interchanged for a griddle; however, the center griddle can be interchanged for a grate (not included). The center grate part number is 5304535284. ~Juan

• A:Answer Hello, Cassie. You do not necessarily need a separate vent or ventilation system specifically for the convection oven itself, as this model already has a built-in vent. To see the location of the vent, kindly refer to the owner's manual and check page 18. However, proper ventilation is still important, especially when using the gas cooktop.
