Good day! A convection range is a type of oven (often part of a range with a cooktop and oven combined) that uses a fan and exhaust system to circulate hot air around the food. This promotes more even cooking, shorter baking times, and often crispier textures compared to a traditional (non-convection) oven. Now to clarify your second question: A convection range does not require magnetic cookware—that requirement is for induction cooktops, not convection ovens. - Maico
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Basically an oven with a fan in it that blows the air around for supposed more even or faster cooking. I’ve never even heard of magnetic cookware so I’d say you don’t need it for this oven at least.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure but I think it’s a different way of cooking because it sounds like a fans blowing when it’s on but when we bake, we do not hear the fan anyway the oven great you’ll enjoy it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A convection range has a fan that circulates the air to allow for a more even baking/roasting in the oven. It does not require any special cookware
