- Answer Well the only difference I can tell is that you can’t have multiple items cooking simultaneously evenly because it is not heated air circulating! If I am going to use the entire oven for a turkey I’d probably use it.

QuestionPlease someone tell me if it is easy to cook with a 12" skillet? Do you use the double burners to do it? The front right side 9" seems like it would be too small.

- Answer The front right side burner does NOT accommodate various sized pots and pans. It is a one size burner for what I would call a medium-large pot. It looks like it should be accommodating but it is NOT. When you place a large pot thinking the elements would all get hot, they do not. When you place a small pot on the burner the same amount of elements get hot and extend beyond the small pot's diameter. The knob is just an on and off knob and does not have any ability to vary the element heating size.

QuestionWhat is no induction mean?

- Answer Induction ranges have special burners that only work with certain types of pots (have to be flat-bottomed and magnetic) but have an instant on and off cooking ability. The burner itself does NOT get hot but instead instantly heats up the pot with electromagnetic energy.

QuestionWhere does the "STEAM" for steam baking, steam cleaning, etc. come from? Is there a water reservoir that needs to be refilled periodically, or does the range have to have water piped to it - as is done for an icemaker on a refrigerator?

- Answer In the manual it says the steam will come from the cup of water you pour into the oven, at the bottom.
