“Does this have a simmer feature to not over boil things like soup?”

• Yes there is a setting like this, it says "simm" in between LO and "2".

• Yes, two of the burners have a simmer. There is also 1 warming burner.

• Yes, both the left rear and right rear burners have the simmer function. These are the two smaller sized burners however.
