Hello, Alex! A convection oven will cook faster and more evenly than a regular oven, so what does that mean for the recipes you love to make? You will need to adapt them for convection baking but you may well find that the results are better than when you used a regular oven. Conventional ovens, also called traditional, regular, thermal, or radiant ovens, have heating elements that are typically located at the bottom and top of the oven.
