• Yes has two timers little confusing at first but they work great. Not sure about the convection, not big on that but check out info at Best Buy Im sure its there or check at manufacturer

• Yes you can set two separate times for each oven. As for convection there is nothing different you have to do. Top part seems to be convection oven bottom seems to be regular oven
