“Can the fan on the convection ovens be turned off for baking?”

• Hi, Kelshop. I will be happy to assist. You can use the wall oven without using the convection. By just pressing the bake key, the oven would bake as normal. • Yes. when you turn it on you can choose convect, bake, broil, or warm
