• No. I haven't found a mode that will save a RAW file.

• No it's only jpeg.

• I just checked their website and it shows the camera only shoots in Jpeg. http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/specifications/s/finepix_s2950/

• Yes this camera shoots raw.
