• I would think So, yes. It is a simple two prong plug into 60Hz. 110V. as we use in the USA. Proper converter should do the trick.

• Yes. You don't need a "power converter" just a plug adaptor as the charger is listed as 100-240 VAC 50-60 hz (you gotta read the info on the plug!). Depending on where you go, it might take longer to charge due to variences in currents.
