A:Answer I will answer my own question. I got notifications saying I could preorder this item. However, Bestbuy's website gives no such option. Went to the store yesterday (3/2) and found a rep who said I couldn't preorder. Talked to another rep, who logged into a different ordering system and said I could order with an ETA of March 12. In short, customers appear to be an afterthought at BestBuy and workers seem ill-equipped/trained to help.
