“49 inches tall? I am trying to figure out how high the top of my tv would be if the height of my tv is 28 inches. I want the top of my tv to be at about 54 inches high. the specifications say that this stand is 49 inches tall. I am wondering how high the actual top of the BRACKET on the stand is so I can figure out where that will place my tv. please help! THANKS :)”

I own a 42 in lg tv. The length of the bracket is about 18 in- long. The total length of the stand from the floor to the position of the top hole of the bracket is approximately 49 in. My tv head rises about 3 inches higher giving me a total length of 52in.

Please try again later.The bracket can be mounted high or low on the stand making the options open however if your tv is smaller the brackets can hang lower then the tv which would bother me limiting the hight however the extemporaneous bottom porting of the bracket could probably be removed with a hacksaw. (Before mounting to the TV obviously)

I would recommend the other stand below it's kind of ugly but if your strictly worried about the height of the tv screen like myself then this is the way.
