Warranty on all Garmin products (devices AND accessories) when purchased from an authorized dealer such as Best Buy is one year from the date of purchase. Best Buys sales an extended 2 year warranty, which will get your money refunded if machine stops working, but that is all. If new machine cost more you will have to pay difference. Don't let a sales person tell you otherwise.
