- Answer Yes it comes with free updates when new courses and course layouts change. All you have to do is go too their website and check and sign up for notifications.

- Answer You can view the current Garmin Golf Courses as well as how to update and/or report and error here: http://sites.garmin.com/clsearch/intosports/golfcourse.html. As for the battery on the Approach G6, it is not user replaceable as it is an internal rechargeable lithium polymer. Thank you! ~QKO

QuestionCan you locate my rangefinder? I left it at the golf course.I left the rangefinder (300767821) on my golf cart at Deer Creek Golf Course in University Park, IL last week. I called the course but it has not been turned in. Can you locate it?

- Answer The Approach G6 is only receives a GPS signal, meaning it does not output any kind of signal that can be tracked or disabled. If you have not already, please contact Garmin support at http://www.garmin.com/support so we can flag your Approach. This helps for if law enforcement reaches out to us with your recovered device. ^DK
