You can view the current Garmin Golf Courses as well as how to update and/or report and error here: http://sites.garmin.com/clsearch/intosports/golfcourse.html. As for the battery on the Approach G6, it is not user replaceable as it is an internal rechargeable lithium polymer. Thank you! ~QKO
