• Yes, the City Navigator NT, Spain & Portugal pre-programmed microSD™/SD™ Card is compatible with the Nüvi 255. I would also use the Garmin Express Program to confirm that the software of the GPS is current: https://software.garmin.com/en-US/express.html Thanks, James
