What size are these bands -- Large or Small? null

The ones I got were large but my wife has small wrists and they work just fine.

Not the small (which you would have to be tiny or a child to wear). Fit a regular sized wrist in the middle of the available holes on the strap, so it fits a pretty good range of sizes.

I would say medium to large, my wrist is 6 1/2- 7".
