• Don't know about phone, but comes with harness and USB connector to allow upload of info to Garmin software on your computer.

• The Forerunner 15 GPS Watch can only sync with your Garmin Connect on a computer as it does not have Bluetooth for syncing through a smartphone. {CW}

• It will sync to a computer with the included charging/data cable. You will need to download Garmin Express per instructions
