Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It won't be nearly as accurate. It can say how fast or slow you were going, but the wart rate monitor is necessary for it to know exactly how hard your body is working to move at that speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To me not using HR strap & transmitter for HR while doing weights doesn't make much sense. Mine gives me accurate readings plus helps me monitor between sets rests. Also keep tabs on heart rate which with squats & lunges can get pretty high.
