• It claims to, although I have my doubts. Do some research on your own as to whether or not you feel the feature to be accurate enough to your liking. I don't trust the accuracy of mine, as every reading I've ever gotten with the pulse ox feature of my watch has said exactly the same thing: 95% I believe that to be lower than it should be for day-to-day measurements, and I don't believe it to be accurate when I'm still winded from a long run. I don't necessarily trust it, but others have had better results than I have. Buyer beware, that's all.
