• It has walking, swimming, biking and indoor vs outdoor for choices. I think it is more accurate than my apple watch.

• Yes, it will track a number of activities including walks. I use it to track my runs, bike rides, walks and gym workouts. For fitness purposes it is far superior to the Apple Watch. But, as a smart-watch it has several capabilities yet still isn’t as interactive as the Apple. I highly recommend the watch if you are primarily looking for a fitness tracker that also has smart-watch capabilities.
