Not sure on your question. When you say record all night are you in the car driving or is it parked and you are not in the car? The camera will record without signal. It is when you are viewing that you need a signal to connect camera to phone. It works off my phone's data.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While the dash cam is connected to power it will continually record footage and temporarily save it to a microSD card inserted into the device. As the SD card's capacity fills up, the device will begin to overwrite unsaved data. No Wi-Fi is needed.
