We recommend taking advantage of these updates to get the best performance out of your device. Our support team (www.garmin.com/us/support) is available to assist you or your parents with the update. We understand the challenge for your parents, and in some cases help is needed. The nüvi 2639LMT is a great device, as it includes free map updates, traffic and has 6 inch screen. Another good option would be a device from our Essential series, like the nüvi 67LMT. Which also includes free map updates, traffic and has a 6 inch screen. I recommend looking into that series.
