“is the screen easy to read in daylight with the sun on it? My windows are not tinted so if the sunlight is directly on the screen is it readable? thanks!”

• Yes, in our opinion the nüvi 55LM should be easy to read in sunlight. This model doesn’t use a glass screen; it’s a matte finish. ~JH

• yes, its highly visible within lighten day or day you can change the visual output so it can be adjusted to your eye level view so it wont be harsh on the eyes
