QuestionBenefits of compatibility with laptop? I'm an Apple/Mac user, and this product appears to be only compatible with Windows. What benefits does laptop compatibility provide?

- Answer The Garmin Oregon 600 is compatible with Mac. The use of the computer will be mainly for updating the software via Garmin Express (www.garmin.com/express). Please view computer requirements for the application via the link provided. You can also use BaseCamp (www.garmin.com/basecamp) to map hikes and routes.

- Answer To change the language please select the wrench icon, then the gear icon, from there it will be the 3rd option down. Once you’re in that menu scroll through the languages until you see English. QuestionCan I track two different locations simultaneously?I assume I could track my Son or Grandson, when they are Hiking or Biking, even if they are alone and in different locations, simultaneously. Or, would I need to buy two units to track two different activities simultaneously? Is there also a Monthly service cost?

- Answer These do not send data to remote users. You cannot track people remotely as they use a Garmin GPS. These do not send data out for remote tracking. For that you need each user to have a cell phone with GPS enabled. Then if the cell phone has the right software running and a cell tower signal you can track where it is using a computer with Internet access.
