Yes, with the purchase and installation of City Navigator® Europe maps, the Garmin RV 1090 will provide turn by turn navigation for a passenger vehicle. Custom RV routing based on the size and weight of an RV would not be available in Europe using this device. If you are looking for RV routing in Europe, you will need one of the Garmin CamperVan European models.
