- Answer Nena, You don't need any suction cups for this mount, as it sits on the dashboard, and stays in place with weights on it.

QuestionWill this mount work with Drive Assist 50 without blocking the camera? I would like to place the unit on top of dash.

- Answer Yes, this mount is compatible with the DriveAssist 50. You need only to remove the DriveAssist 50's mounting bracket, flip it over, and re-attach it to the device. This allows the "ball" end of the dashboard mount to connect to the device in a way that does not obstruct the camera. -MH

- Answer It should work fine. Every Garmin GPS that I have owned uses a ball and socket to mount to the suction cup. Pull the suction cup mount off, press the ball from this mount into the socket, and position it on the dashboard.

- Answer No, it will not fit a phone. It does not come with the clip to hold it. You will have to purchase a phone mount.

- Answer Your mount should have the bracket already on it. Just pop off the bracket from the mount you already have. Or search on your search engine and it will give you several places to buy just the bracket.

- Answer Yes it will, all you have to do is put the part with the swivel ball that would normally go on the mount For the window on the mount from the store. It is waited so it will not move.
