Can you swim underwater in a 10 ft deep pool? null

Garmin states that the Venu is rated at 5ATM & is suitable for swimming/diving in a pool. It also has a "Pool Swimming" activity setting, so I imagine Garmin had pool use in mind. I have not been in a pool since buying my Venu, but I have a Vivosmart HR that has the same rating and I never had an issue with swimming with it on. I have gone to the bottom of pools (10 feet or so) and not have a problem. I don't know that I'd risk staying at that depth with it for any length of time, but I'm not a diver either.
