QuestionI need an alarm for my son to remember his medication at school each day. Could I set this as an alarm that goes off at 11:30 each day or if I listed it as a chore would there be any sort of reminder that would go off to remind him to take his pill?

- Answer The vivofit jr. has a user replaceable battery that will last up to one year. The band is designed to go every where the child is able to go. Its water resistance rating allows it to be safely worn while bathing or in the pool.

QuestionWhat can the children redeem their reward tokens for? This seems so small but are there games on it?

- Answer The tokens can be redeemed for any reward that you choose. For example if you want to give extra TV time or a movie outing. The rewards, and how many tokens it takes to get that reward, is determined by the parent/guardian. The vivofit jr. does not have any games that are displayed on the band itself. The Adventure Trail is viewed on the phone.

QuestionCan a vivofit jr watch be reset for multiple users? If I wanted to purchase a class set could it be reset between classes?

- Answer The vivofit jr. will reset for a new user when paired with the vivofit jr. app. This would allow it to be transferred from one user to another, but was not designed to be used with multiple users in a single day. In order to reset the device it would need to be removed from one user account and added to the new account each time.

Questionwhen trying to assign points using the app, it states, "waiting for approval" next to each chore i've tried to reward points for- can you help? it was working fine a few days ago, but now it prompts with "waiting for approval" and won't assign points -

- Answer This is occurring because the app is most likely in 'Kid Mode'. If you take the app out of Kid Mode you should be able to approve the chore.

- Answer The vivofit jr. does not create an alert/alarm for chores. It does give an audilbe tone when a chore is completed and coins are awarded. The vivofit jr does offer an option for an alarm to be set to wake up in the morning. This alarm is an audible tone.

QuestionMy son wants to change his "display text" from the original name he put in to a new nickname, but when he syncs his band with the app the band display name doesn't change. Is there an issue with syncing, or is he unable to change it?

- Answer When you go into settings not only do you need to update profile name but also “display text”. This will change the name on the watch.

- Answer The vivofit jr. does not have a chore alarm feature. - Answer The vivofit jr. will sync throughout the day when near the phone, or when manually pressing the sync button. The Bluetooth is not active every time the child takes a step.

- Answer I couldn't find a way either. It's not that obvious but if you hold your finger down on a blank area of the alarm in question, an option will come up to delete
