Yes, you can go to their website and submit a request, or you can email them directly: [email protected] I had this same issue, and they were wonderful to work with. They can't fix it, but they will replace it. Hopefully you'll get one that avoids this issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First you have to register it through Garmin. Then go in to the support section and file a claim. I went ahead and called them and was taken care of in about 5 minutes. The customer service rep was awesome. I sent it in with insurance and they sent me another one. The whole process took about two weeks for shipping, but you can pay for expedited shipping and make it a much faster process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear about this problem with the display on your vivosmart. It would be best to walk through any recommended troubleshooting with one of our product support agents, who can then set up an exchange for you if necessary. They can be contacted at http://www.garmin.com/us/support/ -NM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. Garmin will replace or repair your tracker but you have to actually pay for shipping and wait for a replacement from them. If you want something faster, they'll sell you a new one and refund your purchase once you return your old one, but you still pay for the shipping. I returned mine to BestBuy, but I had to argue for the exchange because it was outside BestBuy's 15 day exchange period, even though Garmin says you can return items to the store during the warranty.
