If you can go into the store, try them on! If not, I have a small/regular and I just measured my wrist to be about 7 inches and I'm on the 3rd notch from the end with the band loose enough to move a little but not too much. The notches are pretty close together, so you may be better off with a large knowing the band may be doubled up on the last couple notches. I'd be worried that the small would be too tight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend the large the small might be too tight with no room for adjustments
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Garmin has a size chart on their site at www8.garmin.com. Small - 5" to 6.8" ; Large - 6.1" to 8.7".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Small - .0–6.8” / 127–172 mm Large - .1–8.7” / 155–221 mm
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have two different types of band sizes for the vivosmart, which are 127-172 mm (small); 155-221 mm (large). An 8" circumference would be around 203 mm, so the large band would fit best. -NM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My wrist is also 8 " in circumference. I got a large and it fits great with plenty of room to spare to tighten more and loosen more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.large.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have an 8 inch wrist I would get the large vivosmart. The small would fit kinda tight and be in the last holes.
