“Intensity minutes not syncing between vivosmart and phone (Galaxy S6). Any ideas? While steps and other data are synced up correctly, the intensity minutes won't update. The vivosmart says 121 minutes, the app shows 81. I've tried force syncing from the device as well as restarting the phone, but nothing happens. Seems there was a glitch last night as the device went from showing 20,700 steps back to 15,000 a few minutes later. There's also a gap in the sleep time similar to what happens when the power dies, which was not the case last night. Again, only the intensity minutes are not syncing. Strange.”
