• If it has higher iOS it should though I have not tried it

• Garmin cannot guarantee that the vívosmart HR will connect with the iPad 2. The Garmin Connect mobile app is designed in the iOS as an iPhone app, not an iPad app. The application can be installed on iPads however; there is still no guarantee the two will communicate together.
