“I had a vivosmart for several months, but kept having problems with the screen. Finally Garmin upgraded me to this device(refurbished). The vibration is much weaker than the vivosmart. Is that expected, or is there something wrong with this one as well?”

• The vibration doesn't seem as strong as the Apple Watch or Fitbit Surge.

• An upcoming update to the vivsmart HR firmware will increase the intensity of the device's vibration Move Alert. This will then be more in line with other devices from Garmin's line of activity trackers. |BB|
