The Garmin vívosmart HR battery life could last up to 5 days before needing to recharge the internal lithium battery. {CW}
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went around 3 days with out notifications and had an extra 4 days on the 7 I already got with normal use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The average with HR every few minutes and Bluetooth and notifications on... it takes about 3 days+ to run down the battery. I really doubt a coin cell battery would last anywhere near the 6 months you see from basic step counters. To be honest, the hour of downtime to charge every 3 or 4 days is much better than having to remove a back plate and replace a coin cell every couple of weeks.
